





Spring Jump Camp
Join us for our Spring Jump Camp to take your athleticism to the next level! This camp is designed to help athletes of all ages and skill levels improve their vertical jump, explosiveness, and overall performance. Through specialized plyometric exercises, strength training, and conditioning, you'll increase your power, agility, and speed. We begin with a pre-camp vertical jump test, track your progress throughout, and finish with a post-test to see how much you've improved.
8-12 Age Group: Tuesdays & Fridays, 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM
13+ Age Group: Tuesdays & Fridays, 7:30 PM - 8:30 PM
Dates: March 25 – April 5
